Client requested the design and engineering of a Cuttings Suppression box due to a delicate drilling environment.

The project consisted of initial concept drafting and taking onboard stakeholder feedback for the detailed design.

The engineering of the hydraulic cylinders and accompanying system was completed by myself. All material and weld sizings were confirmed by calculations and FEA.

I was the project manager, and the project came in under budget, on time, passing all pre-execution testing.
